Ronald P. Morris, DDS

Dr. Morris received his undergraduate degree from Wayne State University in 1977 and attended the University of Detroit School of Dentistry where he graduated with honors in 1981. He did a General Practice residency at Truman Medical Center in Kansas City, Missouri and an Oral and Maxillofacial residency at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan. He has been practicing Oral and Maxillofacial surgery since 1985 and is a diplomat of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial surgery. He lectures and teaches human anatomy at the University of Detroit Mercy School of dentistry. He has presented nationally and internationally on anatomy, local anesthesia, and oral and maxillofacial surgery for many years.

Damon Adams, DDS

Dr. Damon Adams, a graduate of the University of Michigan School of Dentistry, is an assistant clinical professor at the University of Toledo, College of Medicine (dental residency program). He is the editor-in-chief of Dentistry Today and is listed in Dentistry Today’s Leaders in Continuing Education. Dr. Adams lectures internationally focusing on updates in dental materials, the latest trends and innovations in dentistry, doctor-technician relationships and techno-clinical perspectives. He also facilitates hands-on preparation workshops designed to optimize the utilization of all-ceramic systems. In addition to his years in private practice, he has had the opportunity to serve as a doctor-technician liaison for numerous dental laboratories throughout North America since 1996. Dr. Adams is a member of the ADA, AGD, AACD, SCAD, ASDA, NADL, and a Fellow in the ICD.

Rella P. Christensen, RDH PhD

Rella P. Christensen, PhD leads TRAC Research.  It is the human studies section of the non-profit Clinicians Report Foundation, formerly called CRA, which she co-founded and directed for 27 years.  She has a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene (University of Southern California), a PhD in physiology with emphasis on microbiology (Brigham Young University), and post graduate training in anaerobic microbiology (Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University).  She has authored numerous research reports and spoken internationally for over 30 years.  Some memberships include International College of Dentists, American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry, Academy of General Dentistry, and International Association for Dental Research.

Lisa Mallonee

Lisa Mallonee, BSDH, MPH, RD, LD

Lisa Mallonee is an associate professor and regis- tered dietitian at Texas A&M University’s Baylor College of Dentistry in the Caruth School of Dental Hygiene. She also serves as a dietetic preceptor for Baylor University Medical Center dietetic interns and lectures in the Master of Clinical Nutrition Coordinated Program at University of Texas Southwestern. She received a BS in dental hygiene and a master of public health with a coordinated degree in nutrition from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Lisa is on the editorial review board for the Journal of Dental Hygiene.

Brian LeSage

Brian LeSage, DDS, FAACD

Dr. Brian LeSage graduated magna cum laude from the University of Maryland, Baltimore College of Dental Surgery, in 1983. He has actively integrated academic pursuits with a private practice for the past 24 years in Beverly Hills, California, emphasizing aesthetic and reconstructive dentistry. He is one of 350 accredited cosmetic dentists in the worldwide American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD).

Chuck Blakeman

Chuck Blakeman is a best-selling business author and world-renowned business advisor. He has built eight businesses in seven industries on four continents and now uses his leadership experience to advise others. Mr. Blakeman is a convention speaker, writer, and nonprofit board member. His newest book, Why Employees Are ALWAYS a Bad Idea, has already been named a Top 10 Business Book of the Year.

Gordon J. Christensen

Gordon J. Christensen, DDS, MSD, PhD

Gordon J. Christensen is founder and CEO of Practical Clinical Courses (PCC), CEO of Clinicians Report Foundation (CR), and a practicing prosthodontist in Provo, Utah. He has presented over 45,000 hours of continuing education throughout the world and published many articles and books. Gordon and Dr. Rella Christensen are cofounders of the nonprofit Clinicians Report Foundation (previously CRA), which Rella directed for many years. Since 1976, they have conducted research in all areas of dentistry and published the findings to the profession in the well-known Clinicians Report. Gordon is a member of numerous professional organizations. Gordon and Rella’s sons are both dentists.

Lindsay Hancock

Lindsay attended Johnson & Wales University in Denver, Colorado where she studied Culinary Arts (A.S), Baking & Pastry Arts (A.S), and Nutrition (B.S). Her passion for culinary nutrition led her to work as a Product Development Chef, where she consulted global food and beverage companies, weight management corporations, sports nutrition companies, and The National School Lunch Program Board for more than 5 years. Passion for Education: Lindsay has always been a big proponent of education. She has furthered her culinary and nutrition education by taking continuing education courses in more than five countries. For nearly three years she taught nutrition, meal preparation and food budgeting courses to low-income families through her volunteer work with Share Our Strength. While pursuing her career in the food and beverage industry, Lindsay returned to her alma mater to teach both culinary and nutrition courses. She is passionate about educating students about proper nutrition and the application of culinary arts. Philanthropy: Lindsay has served on numerous state and national non-profit boards including: the American Culinary Federation, the Colorado Restaurant Association, the National Restaurant Association, Sizzle Advisory Board, and Share our Strength’s Operation Frontline. Lindsay has helped raise over $150,000 with Operation Frontline and is dedicated to raising awareness and ending childhood hunger in the United States. International Experience: Lindsay recently relocated to the USA after spending four years of her career in Singapore where she introduced her company and clients to several emerging markets. Lindsay’s experience in international business has been a highlight of her career.  She has thrived on the opportunity to work in more than a dozen countries and has expanded the culinary and nutrition portfolios for companies throughout Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Central America and Europe. Lindsay recently relocated to Utah and enjoys being back “home”, where she continues to consult individuals, businesses and associations across the globe.
